Notice on the use of artificial intelligence tools in this website's content, in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act, Art. 50) and Italian Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025.

Photographs
Property photographs are real shots of the unit and the building. We do not publish fully AI-generated images, nor non-existent people or rooms.
On some photographs we may use AI tools only for presentation improvements:
- adjust lighting, for example from day to evening or night;
- remove occasional clutter (boxes, waste, objects out of place).
These edits do not change the property's substance (floor area, layout, structural finishes). The actual condition is verified on a viewing.
Texts
Website copy (listings, pages, communications) is written by the agency. Where AI is used, it only helps with language or clarity review, under human control. We do not publish auto-generated text without review.
Virtual assistants
This website does not host a chatbot or virtual assistant that talks in place of a person.
Legal framework
Immobiliare Porta Cicca is a deployer of AI systems already on the market, not a provider of models. This page is the transparency notice under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and takes account of Italian Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025: no universal label on every item, but a clear public notice.
We do not publish deepfakes of people. Editorial responsibility for the content remains human.
